How Does A Sawdust Charcoal Making Machine Work?

Briquetting Machine: Next, the material is transported via a screw conveyor to a spiral distributor, and subsequently fed into a briquette extruder. Under a high-temperature and high-pressure processing regime, the material is extruded through a die to form briquettes of a standard shape.
Carbonization Furnace: The briquettes are loaded in batches into the inner chamber of a hoisting-type carbonization furnace; following high-temperature carbonization, the chamber is hoisted out to cool down.
