Machine Introduction

Rotary dryer

Application: Drying of wet sawdust, wood shavings, and bamboo shavings.
Capacity:500-2000kg/h

Structure: Inclined rotating drum + Hot air furnace + Feeding and discharge system + Cyclone dust collector; the interior of the drum is equipped with lifting flights.
Principle: Wet sawdust enters the drum from one end; as the drum rotates at a low speed, the lifting flights continuously lift and tumble the material. Hot air flows through the drum to carry away moisture, and the sawdust is discharged from the other end.

Advantages: Continuous mass production, simple operation, and high drying efficiency.

Air-flow dryer machine

Application: Used for drying fine sawdust and wood shavings, primarily serving as a preparatory step for biomass pellet production.
Capacity: 100-500kg/h
Structure: Comprises a hot air furnace, a curved-pipe drying duct, an induced draft fan, and a cyclone collector.
Principle: Hot air is utilized to rapidly convey and draw in wet sawdust; the material remains suspended within the hot airstream, undergoing rapid dehydration within a matter of seconds, before finally being separated and discharged via a cyclone separator.
Advantages: Compact footprint, rapid drying speed, and low manufacturing cost; ideal for small-scale production lines.
