Vertical Carbonization Furnace
Saves Cooling Time / High Integrity / Greater Resilience And Stability
Introduction to the Vertical Carbonization Furnace
The vertical carbonization furnace consists of four main components: a lifting mechanism, an inner furnace, an outer furnace, and gas circulation piping.
It is suitable for the carbonization of various types of biomass, without being restricted by the size of the raw materials.
Carbonization Principle: Balanced-circulation carbonization utilizing a flow of hot gas.
Furnace Capacity: 600–700 kg/10h/cycle/furnace.
Advantages: Uniform heating, low energy consumption, wide applicability to various raw materials, higher yield, minimal footprint, simple operation, safety and environmental friendliness, and high production efficiency.
